Terms and Conditions
Advance Purchase - A minimum 7 day advance purchase is required.
 
Validity - The trip must last a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 6 months.
 
Stopovers - The itinerary must contain a minimum of three with a maximum of fifteen stopovers. Not more than one stopover is permitted at each city and not more than five stops are permitted within the continental United States or Canada. Not more than three stopovers are permitted in Japan.
 
Sectors - A maximum number of 16 sectors are perrmited.
 
Routing - Travel must include at least but not more than one North Pacific crossing and one South Pacific crossing. Not more than one crossing between Asia and the Southwest Pacific is permitted.
 
Travel must return to the original country of origin.
 
Rebooking, Cancellations and Refunds 
 
Once ticketed, changes to the first international sector prior to departure are not permitted. Changes to the routing prior to departure except to the first international sector are permitted at a charge of $175.00 per transaction.
 
After departure, an unlimited number of date or times changes are permitted without change to the fare but each airline post may charge an administrative service charge. 
 
For cancellation of a completely unused Circle Pacific itinerary, a 10% cancellation penalty will apply. Refunds of partially used Circle Pacific tickets will be calculated by computing the published fare for the flight sectors flown and subtracting this value from the fare paid. In the event that the published fare of the flight sectors flown is more than the original fare paid, the ticket will be deemed to have no refund value. Changes to the routing, dates or times are permitted after departure on the first international sector. An administrative penalty of $175.00 may apply for each change.
A 1stAir imposed penalty of $175.00 may apply for each change to the dates or routing for an already ticketed Around the World or Circle Pacific itinerary.
