Employees, directors, contractors, affiliates, representatives or any other individual or entity that has a financial interest or is controlled by any airline, whether domestic or international, are not eligible for on-line registration and should contact membership services directly to request a membership application.
Q: I cannot get my password to work.
Please send us an e-mail at info@passportpremiere.com and include your username, current password and telephone contact. After we have ascertained the problem, we will either reply with an explanation of what you need to do (or not do) or we will provide you with a new password, which you will be able to change once you have signed in and selected 'Edit Your Profile' in the upper right hand corner.
Q: I need to update my payment details.
Visit http://www.1st-air.net/passport_premiere/Passport_Premiere_Application_Form.pdf and fax us the completed form with the updated information.
Q: I need to update my Profile.
Visit http://www.1stair.net/login.cfm and sign in using your User ID and Password. Once signed in to your portfolio, select 'Edit Your Profile' in the upper right hand corner to update your information.
Q: I need to change my Password.
All you need to do is sign into your account at http://www.1stair.net/login.cfm. Once signed in to your portfolio, select 'Edit My Profile' in the upper right hand corner. Proceed to enter your new password at the bottom of the page and select 'Submit Changes.' Please note that your password must be a minimum of 5 characters in length.
Q: Can my spouse travel with me at the Passport Premiere fare?
The benefits and pricing under Passport Premiere are reserved for the individual member and cannot be transferred. Couples who wish to travel together can take advantage of our Family Membership. When joining at the same time, the spousal membership fee is $499.

Q: I am a business owner and five of us travel. Can we also take advantage of this offer?
Yes you can! Each employee would need to become an individual member. However, Passport Premiere is designed for international leisure travelers and small business owners, and several of the fares do have limited restrictions including advance purchase and a minimum stay which business travelers might not able to meet. Most companies find the greatest savings through the Chairman's Inner Circle program, which offers the lowest contracted prices for international premium class travel without the rules or restrictions. Q: How long is my membership valid for?
Membership is valid for one year from the date your initial membership application was received. Within 30 days of the expiration of your membership, you will receive a written request for renewal. If we do not receive a request to suspend Passport Premiere access, your membership will automatically be renewed at the prevailing annual membership fee as of the anniversary date of the membership. The renewal membership fee will be settled to the credit card account on file.
Q: How soon after joining Passport Premiere do I become eligible for the benefits?
You are eligible for all the benefits of Passport Premiere immediately upon becoming a member.
Q: What are the restrictions associated with tickets purchased through Passport Premiere?
Most of our fares do not have additional restrictions and you can travel and earn the same benefits as travelers paying full fares. Some routes that have extremely low fares do have additional restrictions including a small advance purchase and a minimum stay.
Q: Do I earn frequent flyer mileage in Passport Premiere?
Nearly all Passport Premiere fares are eligible for frequent flyer miles.
Q: My spouse joined on the spousal membership plan. Is he/she eligible for frequent flyer miles as well?
For applicable fares, yes.
Q: My adult children joined under the family package. Are they eligible for frequent flyer miles?
For applicable fares, yes.
Q: How do I recommend a new member to Passport Premiere?
Whenever you share the good news about Passport Premiere, invite that person to indicate on their registration form that they were recommended by you. We will update your records accordingly with the number of people you refer.
Q: Do I get a lower standard of service because I've paid a much lower fare?
We wouldn't think of it! All Passport Premiere members enjoy the high quality of services and amenities that the premium traveler should expect.
Q: What forms of payment are acceptable for Passport Premiere registration?
We accept all major credit cards, Money Orders, International Money Orders banks’ certified checks or drafts and wire transfers.
Q: What do I get from referring others to join Passport Premiere?
Share the benefits of Passport Premiere with a friend, colleague or family member that you know travels internationally and be rewarded for your suggestion. You will receive a $75 cash bonus for each person that you refer who subsequently joins Passport Premiere.
Q: I joined the Chairman's Circle in June 2003. I don't recall the terminology "Passport Premiere" at the time I joined. Is this benefit part of the Chairman's circle package?
On July 4, 2003 1stAir launched Passport Premiere - a replacement of Chairman's Circle. All our registrants to Chairman's Circle are officially Passport Premiere members.
Q: I received a mailer recently about the 2 for 1 program but I deleted it without reading it through. Am I required to pay an additional fee to join this program?
Absolutely not! The 2 or 1 program is just one of the many benefits of Passport Premiere and is reserved only for Passport Premiere members. Featured highlights of this program include in most cases that both passengers will earn frequent flyer mileage and each passenger may be permitted to travel independently. To qualify for this program, you only need to be a Passport Premiere member. Examples of the 2 for 1 savings include:

Terms and Conditions
- Upon joining Passport Premiere, new members have 72 hours in which to cancel their membership. Once the initial 72-hour trial period has expired, membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellations of membership are only permitted provided that the member did not receive any of the benefits of membership during the 72-hour trial period, including the purchase of Passport Premiere fares.
- Membership is non-transferable and any and all data regarding suppliers, pricing, partners or other offers are reserved for the private use of our Passport Premiere members. Any and all information, to which you gain access while a member of Passport Premiere, may not be disseminated or forwarded to any third party without the written permission of Passport Premiere. Distribution of Passport Premiere offers to any third party may result in the termination of the member’s Passport Premiere account without compensation or prior notice.
- The membership benefits associated with Passport Premiere are valid for 365 days from the date the initial membership application is
received. No earlier than 345 days from the initial activation, membership will be automatically renewed at the prevailing renewal rate
(which will not exceed 70% of the initial membership fee) unless Passport Premiere is notified not later 390 days from the date of the
initial activation of their intent not to renew.
- Accepted forms of payment other than credit cards (Money Orders and Banks’ checks) must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
- The fares and special offers under Passport Premiere are reserved for the primary member and may not be transferred to any third party.
- Fares for the Passport Premiere 2 for 1 program are based on purchasing both tickets at the same time and are exclusive of departure taxes.
- The Passport Premiere 2 for 1 program is independent of any similar programs promoted by credit card companies or airlines.
- The Passport Premiere 2 for 1 program is applicable only to international premium class travel.
